Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, motors, and control panels.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute installations and modifications.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults efficiently under pressure.
- Conduct safety inspections and report any hazardous conditions immediately.
- Document all work orders, maintenance logs, and repairs accurately.
Qualifications
- License: Valid Journeyman Electrician License in Massachusetts.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Skills: Proficiency with test meters, troubleshooting tools, and hand tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Technical certification preferred.
