Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise electrical work
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Illinois electrician license (required)
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in high-pressure situations
- Flexibility for overnight shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
