Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial facilities
- Perform emergency troubleshooting and system diagnostics during night shifts
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC codes and OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement energy-efficient solutions
- Document all work using digital systems and maintain precise maintenance logs
- Lead mentorship for junior electricians during overnight operations
- Conduct preventative maintenance on high-voltage equipment and transformers
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license (NE/PA reciprocal accepted)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Proven expertise with PLC controls and automation systems
- Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex electrical networks
- OSHA 10/30 certification and First Aid/CPR training
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure night shift environments
- Strong diagnostic skills using Fluke meters and oscilloscopes
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
