Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for project execution
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Lead emergency repair calls during night shift operations
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Tennessee Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 10-hour certification required
- Proficiency with troubleshooting tools (multimeters, clamp meters, etc.)
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Physical ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and lift 50+ lbs
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
