Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance on commercial and industrial sites.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of wiring and equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults and system failures efficiently.
- Install and inspect electrical components, fixtures, and appliances (lighting, motors, transformers).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the proper disposal of hazardous materials.
- Document work completed and report any safety concerns to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in Missouri (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial/residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
