Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools and methods
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards
- Coordinate with project teams to meet tight deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Electrician License (or reciprocal PA license)
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit installation, and troubleshooting
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (30-hour preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
