Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 standards
- Lead night shift operations and mentor junior technicians
- Coordinate with project managers and safety teams
- Document all work with detailed reports and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman license
- Night shift availability and proven adaptability to 10-12 hour shifts
- Expertise in PLC systems, VFDs, and power distribution
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong troubleshooting skills with minimal supervision
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
