Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair complex electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC, OSHA, and California electrical codes
- Coordinate with project managers and team members for seamless execution
- Conduct safety inspections and preventative maintenance protocols
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician Journeyman License (required)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/industrial experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems, VFDs, and motor controls
- Advanced knowledge of power distribution and energy management systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
