- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
- Document work orders and maintain equipment logs
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Michigan Electrician Journeyman license
- Expertise in conduit bending, wiring, and motor control systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in low-visibility environments
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
