Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial/residential electrical systems
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC, OSHA, and California Title 24 standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Perform system upgrades and energy-efficient retrofits
- Maintain detailed work documentation and safety compliance records
- Mentor junior electricians during shift overlaps
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Class C or higher)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with PLC systems and industrial controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule (4x10 hour shifts)
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
