Responsibilities
- Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures per NEC standards
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols
- Lead junior electricians on large-scale commercial projects
- Document maintenance activities and prepare progress reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial electrical experience
- Valid Ohio Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification
- Expertise in power distribution systems and industrial controls
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced night shift environments
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
