Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems on the night shift.
- Install, maintain, and repair lighting, wiring, and electrical fixtures in commercial and industrial facilities.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to execute electrical projects.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Conduct safety inspections and document all work completed during the shift.
- Collaborate with day shift staff to ensure seamless operations and handover of any critical issues.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuits, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
