Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to identify wiring requirements
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Use hand/power tools (drills, conduit benders, multimeters) safely
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical faults and system failures
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in 40-hour paid OSHA training program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain Florida Electrician License within 12 months
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn technical skills
- Flexible availability for nights/weekends when required
