Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with installations, repairs, and maintenance.
- Perform basic electrical tasks such as pulling wire, installing outlets, and mounting fixtures.
- Ensure all work sites are clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and wiring diagrams.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Learn and use various hand and power tools correctly.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
- Willingness to obtain an Electrical Journeyman license upon completion of apprenticeship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- No prior experience required; we will train the right candidate.
