Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under expert supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for residential/commercial projects
- Perform diagnostic testing using industry-standard equipment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols (NFPA 70E compliance)
- Assist senior electricians with conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel upgrades
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Basic math skills for voltage/load calculations
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to earn certifications (Journeyman prep provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across DFW metroplex
