Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under mentorship
- Interpret blueprints and technical schematics
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and electrical codes
- Assist with troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures
- Collaborate with journeymen on residential/commercial projects
- Document work progress and maintain equipment inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Physical ability to climb ladders and lift 50+ lbs
- Basic math and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- No felony convictions (background check required)
