Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean work environments
- Perform basic wiring, conduit bending, and equipment troubleshooting
- Document work progress and maintain accurate job records
- Participate in ongoing skills training and certification programs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Basic understanding of hand/power tools and construction safety
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in team settings
- Willingness to obtain North Carolina electrical apprentice license
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
