Responsibilities

- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to determine wiring layouts
- Inspect electrical components for safety and compliance with codes
- Diagnose electrical issues using test equipment
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex projects
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete documentation and reporting for completed work
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel between San Diego and Texas locations
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
