Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagramsFollow safety protocols and OSHA regulationsAssist with troubleshooting electrical issuesUse hand tools and power equipment safelyDocument work progress and material usageCollaborate with senior electricians on projects
- Complete training modules to develop technical skills
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train from scratch!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn technical skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites
