Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical schematics for residential/commercial projects
- Follow strict safety protocols and comply with Minnesota electrical codes
- Assist senior electricians with troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Prepare work areas and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Complete training modules to progress toward licensure
- Participate in team installations and system upgrades
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Physical capability for climbing, lifting (50+ lbs), and working in confined spaces
- Basic hand tool proficiency (or willingness to learn)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Minneapolis metro
- Willingness to complete state-mandated apprenticeship program
