Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial electrical systems.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure safety compliance and identify potential hazards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical wiring diagrams.
- Assist senior technicians in complex projects, including circuit breaker upgrades and lighting installations.
- Ensure all work meets local and national electrical codes (NC & FL standards).
- Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and work performed.
- Communicate professionally with customers to explain technical requirements and solutions.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: High school diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation for job site travel.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and at heights (ladder work required).
- Basic math skills and the physical stamina to lift heavy equipment.
- Willingness to obtain state-specific electrician licensure upon completion of training.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.
