- Install, maintain, and repair residential/commercial electrical systems under supervision

- Assist with wiring, circuit breaker installations, and lighting systems
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Willingness to obtain Tennessee electrician license (company-sponsored)
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Nashville metro
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
