Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems under supervision
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to understand project requirements
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety protocols
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently for wiring, conduit, and fixtures
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical issues and performing diagnostics
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training to develop advanced electrical skills
Qualifications
- No prior electrical experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift 50+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to obtain required certifications within 6 months
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a hands-on environment
