Responsibilities
- Assist master electricians with residential and commercial wiring installations and repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on electrical systems.
- Ensure all work complies with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to obtain an Electrical Journeyman license upon completion of training.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- No prior electrical experience is required; on-the-job training is provided.
