Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems under supervision
- Assist with troubleshooting electrical faults using diagnostic tools
- Follow NEC safety protocols and company standards on all job sites
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical schematics
- Conduit bending, wire pulling, and device installation
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and certification programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites within Tucson metro
- Willingness to obtain state electrical certification within 6 months
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- No prior experience required – training provided!
