Responsibilities
- Assist Senior Electricians: Support experienced team members with residential and commercial installations, repairs, and maintenance tasks.
- Equipment Setup: Help in the preparation and setup of electrical tools, materials, and machinery for daily jobs.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by cleaning up after job sites and organizing tools.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, answer basic questions, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Material Handling: Transport and organize electrical materials, ensuring inventory is accounted for and stored correctly.
- Basic Troubleshooting: Learn to identify common electrical issues under supervision and assist in diagnosing faults.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required for job site travel.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings.
- Basic Math: Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic arithmetic calculations.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a willingness to learn from senior staff.
