Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with NEC and OSHA standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform inspections, testing, and diagnostics on electrical components
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards
- Document work activities and maintain accurate service records
- Train junior electricians on safety protocols and best practices
- Respond to emergency calls and resolve electrical faults promptly
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Pennsylvania Electrician license (Journeyman or Master)
- NICET certification preferred
- Proficiency in installing conduit, wiring, and control systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
