Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to ensure code compliance
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead crews on complex projects while maintaining safety protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and city inspectors
- Maintain detailed service documentation and project reports
- Mentor junior electricians to uphold quality standards
Qualifications
- Valid California Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/First Aid trained
- Expertise in NEC, Title 24, and CA electrical codes
- Proficiency with troubleshooting and diagnostic equipment
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights
