Responsibilities
- Assist licensed electricians with residential/commercial installations and repairs
- Learn to read blueprints and technical schematics
- Follow strict safety protocols and electrical codes
- Install and maintain electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment
- Diagnose basic electrical issues under supervision
- Use hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Complete documentation and reporting for assigned tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to obtain required certifications
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic math and measurement skills
