Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial/industrial settings
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using testing equipment
- Ensure strict adherence to NEC and OSHA safety standards
- Supervise junior electricians and apprentices
- Manage project timelines and material inventories
- Provide detailed documentation and client reports
- Respond to emergency service calls within specified response times
Qualifications
- Valid Michigan Electrician License (or reciprocal Ohio license)
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Clean driving record and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
