Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute complex electrical plans accurately.
- Ensure all work strictly adheres to local, state, and National Electrical Code (NEC) standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify root causes of failures efficiently.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure operational safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating project timelines and technical details clearly.
- Manage tools and equipment to ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License for the State of Indiana.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of Electrical Theory and power distribution systems.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
