Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and code-compliant wiring in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Perform thorough inspections of existing electrical systems to identify potential hazards and necessary upgrades.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics to plan installations.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, estimators, and field crews to deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues to clients in a clear and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in the state of Kentucky.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong working knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical agility test.
