Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
- Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and schematics to understand project requirements.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Ensure all work complies with local and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Mentor junior electricians and provide guidance on best practices.
- Perform routine inspections and safety checks to minimize risks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project updates.
Qualifications
- Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuitry, and power distribution.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and schematics.
- Valid Texas Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Physically fit and able to work in various conditions (climbing ladders, bending, standing for long periods).
