Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and electrical specifications
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and Florida state regulations
- Diagnose electrical malfunctions using advanced testing equipment
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely completion of assignments
- Train and mentor junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
- Provide detailed documentation of all work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Valid Florida Electrician License (Journeyman or Master required)
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable electrical experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, voltage testers, etc.)
- Strong understanding of industrial and residential electrical systems
- Clean driving record and valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
