Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to execute projects accurately
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local safety regulations
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment and implement effective solutions
- Lead weekend shift operations with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams for seamless project delivery
- Document work processes and maintain detailed service records
Qualifications
- Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license (mandatory)
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise in reading complex electrical schematics and blueprints
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient systems and smart home technology
- OSHA 10/30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
