Responsibilities
- Perform routine electrical inspections, maintenance, and repair tasks on industrial equipment and facilities.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical systems, circuits, and wiring issues efficiently.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes (NEC).
- Install, replace, and upgrade electrical components including breakers, conduits, and lighting fixtures.
- Document all work performed, including time logs and material usage, for accurate reporting.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Journeyman Electrician License required (or equivalent certification).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in commercial or industrial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, blueprints, and schematics.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team during weekend shifts.
- Valid Driverβs License and reliable transportation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30-hour certification preferred.
