Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and residential properties
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations
- Diagnose complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead safety-focused installations while mentoring junior team members
- Coordinate with project managers to meet tight deadlines and client expectations
- Document work orders and maintain detailed service reports
Qualifications
- Valid New Mexico Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent reciprocity
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise with conduit bending, circuit design, and load calculations
- OSHA 10-hour certification and strong safety record
- Proficiency in reading architectural blueprints and technical schematics
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in diverse environments and physical conditions
