Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial electrical systems per NEC standards
- Read and interpret complex blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Perform diagnostic testing and repair of electrical panels, transformers, and distribution systems
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and local regulations
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams
- Document work orders, materials used, and system inspections
- Lead weekend emergency response for critical infrastructure
Qualifications
- Valid Georgia Master Electrician license (or Journeyman with 5+ years)
- Minimum 5 years commercial electrical experience
- Expertise in 3-phase systems, VFDs, and industrial controls
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Strong diagnostic skills using Fluke meters and test equipment
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure weekend environments
- Reliable transportation and weekend availability
