Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to execute precise electrical layouts
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical malfunctions using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, OSHA, and local Boston regulations
- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical power outages
- Mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (MA Journeyman license required)
- Proven expertise with residential/commercial systems, controls, and automation
- OSHA 30-hour certification and current CPR/First Aid credentials
- Strong diagnostic abilities with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and power quality analyzers
- Exceptional customer service skills for high-end clientele
- Ability to work independently in weekend shift environments
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
