Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications with precision
- Ensure strict compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead safety-focused teams during weekend emergency response operations
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver high-quality installations on schedule
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Texas Electrician License (Journeyman or Master)
- OSHA 30-hour certification and CPR/AED training
- Expertise in conduit bending, motor controls, and power distribution
- Proficiency with Fluke multimeters, clamp meters, and circuit testers
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Weekend availability with flexible weekday scheduling for training
