Responsibilities
- Install and Maintain: Perform the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential and commercial settings.
- Weekend Operations: Execute critical electrical projects and routine maintenance specifically scheduled for weekend shifts to minimize business disruption.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction and system safety.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing clear explanations of work performed and answering questions.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
- Math Skills: Basic understanding of mathematics is preferred for blueprint reading and calculations.
- Work Ethic: Strong desire to learn and a commitment to punctuality and quality workmanship.
