Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial settings
- Read blueprints and technical diagrams to execute projects accurately
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA and NFPA safety standards
- Diagnose electrical issues using testing equipment (multimeters, voltage testers)
- Collaborate with senior electricians on complex installations and troubleshooting
- Document work progress and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in ongoing safety training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior electrical experience necessary - we provide paid training!
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined spaces
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic understanding of hand/power tools
- Willingness to obtain California electrician license within 6 months (company-sponsored)
- Pass background check and drug screening
