Responsibilities
- Perform Electrical Installations: Execute residential and commercial electrical wiring, panel upgrades, and fixture installations with precision.
- Troubleshoot Systems: Diagnose and repair electrical issues to ensure optimal system performance and safety.
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Read Technical Blueprints: Interpret electrical schematics and blueprints to guide installation and repair work.
- Maintain Equipment: Inspect, clean, and maintain power tools and electrical testing equipment regularly.
- Client Communication: Provide clear updates to clients regarding project timelines and work in progress.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide paid on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a regular basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Driver's License: Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic arithmetic for measurements and calculations.
