Responsibilities
- Perform Electrical Work: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, wear, or defects and report findings to supervisors.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Documentation: Complete necessary work orders, time logs, and safety reports accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior electricians and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: None required. On-the-job training provided.
- License: Must be willing to obtain required state electrical licenses/certifications upon hire.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel between job sites.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
