Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in residential/commercial settings
- Diagnose electrical issues using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure all work complies with Louisiana electrical codes and safety standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform routine maintenance on electrical panels, circuits, and machinery
- Collaborate with contractors and clients to deliver exceptional service
- Document all work activities and maintain accurate service records
Qualifications
- Valid Louisiana electrician license (mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts required)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
