Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local safety regulations
- Lead weekend shift teams and coordinate project timelines
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Train junior electricians on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Valid Missouri electrician license (or reciprocity in Illinois)
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficiency with troubleshooting PLCs and VFD systems
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and local regulations
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Weekend shift availability (Friday-Sunday)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
