Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency electrical maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Install, repair, and troubleshoot lighting systems, power distribution panels, and control circuits.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to execute complex projects.
- Ensure all work complies with OSHA safety standards and local National Electrical Code (NEC) requirements.
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections to identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
- Collaborate with the maintenance manager to implement efficient repair strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all repairs and maintenance logs.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman Electrician License in Missouri (MO).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial or commercial electrical maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of NEC codes and electrical safety protocols.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a regular schedule.
- Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions under pressure.
- Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and handle physical labor.
