Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in residential/commercial properties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and local electrical codes
- Diagnose electrical faults using advanced testing equipment
- Lead weekend shift teams for emergency and scheduled service calls
- Train apprentices on best practices and safety protocols
- Manage project timelines and client communication effectively
Qualifications
- 5+ years of licensed electrical experience (PA Journeyman license required)
- Proven expertise with residential, commercial, and industrial systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification and NFPA 70E knowledge
- Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 6 AM - 6 PM)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong leadership and team management skills
