Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems per NEC and California state codes
- Read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams for accurate implementation
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with project managers and team members for seamless execution
- Complete detailed documentation of work performed and materials used
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical guidance to clients
Qualifications
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician license (required)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Proven expertise in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical capability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs, and work in confined spaces
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends (Sat-Sun) with weekday availability for emergencies
