Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential settings
- Read blueprints and technical schematics to execute precise electrical layouts
- Diagnose malfunctions using advanced testing equipment and troubleshooting protocols
- Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and Louisiana state electrical codes
- Manage project timelines and coordinate with contractors/clients
- Mentor junior electricians on safety procedures and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Louisiana Electrician Journeyman license
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in conduit bending, motor controls, and PLC systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and diagnostic abilities
- Strong communication skills for client interactions
- Must pass background check and drug screening
